Fig & Goat Cheese Crostini & Pinot Noir Reserve
Summer’s New Crush
Here’s a new favorite we’re excited to share with you this summer at Lange Estate: Fig & Goat Cheese Crostini with Fresh Thyme. Don and Wendy Lange generously share fresh figs from their backyard trees each season, and this season we’re pairing them with creamy goat cheese and fragrant thyme for a simple, delicious crostini. It’s a perfect match for our Pinot Noir Reserve—the wine’s bright red fruit and earthy undertones really bring out the flavors of the figs and cheese. We can’t wait to share this seasonal treat with you!
