For this reason, we cannot accept online/phone orders to states noted below. If you have any questions about why we cannot ship to your state, please call us at (503) 538-6476 ext 2.

  • Delaware – can only ship if order is placed in person at the winery
  • Rhode Island – can only ship if order is placed in person at the winery
  • Arkansas – can only ship if order is placed in person at the winery
  • Oklahoma – can only ship directly from the winery, no summer shipping available.

Transit Times

Transit Times

Ground transit times vary between 1 and 7 business days, depending on destination. For example, a shipment from Dundee, OR to Seattle, WA usually takes one business day, while a shipment from Dundee, OR to New York, NY usually takes a full 5 business days.

3-Day Select service transit time is three business days.
2nd Day Air service transit time is two business days.
Overnight service transit time is one business day.

FedEx Cold Chain (May-Oct)
  • This shipping method is offered May through September and is exclusive to FedEx.
  • Please note that orders shipping via FedEx Cold Chain depart only once weekly, and therefore transit times will be longer.
  • Once the shipment departs form our fulfillment partner, active transit usually takes 6-7 business days.
  • Tracking updates are much more limited with FedEx Cold Chain, as the shipments do not come off the trucks and get scanned as often as they would with regular Ground shipping.
  • Once the shipment arrives at the nearest FedEx Express hub to your location, the shipment is then considered FedEx Priority Overnight and should be delivered before Noon the following day.
  • You will see FedEx Priority Overnight as the shipping method on the FedEx site as a result.

In the place of FedEx Cold Chain, we offer Summer UPS Next Day rates to select states as well.

Weather Holds

Weather Holds & Restrictions

Severe weather can compromise wineWe keep a close eye on national forecasts to ensure we ship your wine in the best conditions possible. We may issue shipping advisories during the summer and winter, and may hold your wine shipment due to temperatures that are too hot or cold. The decision to ship wine at any time is ultimately yours, but we will not guarantee or replace wine that is weather-damaged once we’ve issued an advisory and informed you of the risk of shipping during extreme weather.

Please note that during times of extreme heat, even our temperature-controlled shipping method is not guaranteed due to any unforeseen delays with the final leg of delivery with UPS or FedEx.

If there are any weather-related concerns we highly recommend upgrading to an expedited shipping option, or simply holding the wines and waiting for temperatures that are more moderate.
