Our Estate Tasting Room features modern timber-clad accents, a fireplace, and dimmable lighting. With a full venue rental, you have access to our deck and patio, so you can move seamlessly from greeting guests and enjoying hors d’Oeuvres, to being seated for your meal.

At Lange, our sentiments about food are similar to the way we feel about wine — it serves as a way for us to connect with one another. Whether you envision an exquisite, five-course meal, an informal business lunch, or a remarkable social hour, our team will collaborate with our favorite Northwest chefs and caterers to create a menu tailored to your exact needs. We are also able to partner with a caterer of your choice.

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional service and we’re happy to work with you to create a custom package that fits your needs and budget, with private events starting at *$1,700.
Please note that our pricing does not include food, music, decor, or wine to take home, and does not reflect the full scope of events we can host. Additionally, we are more than happy to recommend local vendors, and caterers, and provide you with bottles for purchase.

*Example pricing reflects a 16-person, 3-hour, private space with guided flight and dedicated wine service in our Estate Tasting Room, inclusive of furniture and all fees.
INTIMATE GATHERINGS
The Legacy Room
Our Legacy Tasting Room is a piece of Lange Estate history, and the first official tasting room built here at the estate. Built in 1998, it took over from the original tasting room in Don & Wendy’s daylight basement and became the setting for many jubilant gatherings. The Legacy Room features various set up options and has a cozy gas fireplace for added ambiance and warmth during the winter months. It’s perfect for gatherings of up to 24 guests.

EVENTS FAQ
Why are there limitations to scheduling events in September or October?
During September and October harvest at the winery is in full swing. During these months there is a lot of activity and heavy machinery at work, from dawn until dusk. To avoid harvest activities disrupting your event, or your event disrupting the crafting of the next vintage, we limit events held during these two months.
Can I engage a chef or caterer of my choosing?
Yes, we are more than happy to host caterers that are not on our preferred vendors list. We will need to coordinate with them directly on the use of our kitchen space, and event timelines. Lange Estate also requires Caterer’s liability insurance on file 2 weeks before the event.
We are happy to work with them on menu development and wine pairings as well.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes! As long as they don’t put holes in our walls or floor, we are happy to assist with decorations. No tacks or nails, or strong duct tape can be used. Confetti, rice, and glitter are prohibited from use at Lange Estate Winery.
Is it possible to serve beer or cocktails during my event?
Unfortunately, no. Due to our liquor licensing, we can only sell and pour our wines for events here at the Estate, however, we do offer a selection of non-alcoholic beverage options for events.
What if we don't drink all of the wines we purchased?
If you have wine left over from your event, we will gladly arrange for the event organizer and/or guests to take the remaining unopened bottles home to enjoy. We can also ship the remaining unopened bottles to the event organizer for a flat rate.
