6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Join Lange Estate Winery & Vineyards and the Native Fish Society as we screen “ARTIFISHAL,” a Patagonia Film that documents the devastating cost of hatcheries, fish farms and the willful ignorance of scientific fact for political expediency. For decades, the Langes have aligned their work as winegrowers and winemakers according to their values to preserve and protect the environment. They have repeatedly partnered with the Native Fish Society who envisions a future with abundant wild fish, free-flowing rivers and thriving local communities. We’re excited to share this film with our community and hope to see you there.

About ARTIFISHAL | The road to extinction is paved with good intentions.
We are rightfully concerned about the future of wild fish in our global community. To spread awareness of this environmental threat, impact agency Picture Motion has launched a screening tour of ARTIFISHAL by Patagonia Films. This film is about people, rivers, and the fight for the future of wild fish and the environment that supports them. It explores wild salmon’s slide toward extinction, threats posed by fish hatcheries and fish farms, and our continued loss of faith in nature.
